My First Korean BBQ!!!

Went to a Korean BBQ at Kyung Bok Palace with family and friends for the first time EVER the other night. It was lots of fun, and a very interesting experience! My sisters boyfriend did all the cooking, which is what you have to do at a Korean BBQ. So you walk into this restaurant, the staff seats you and takes your order, the raw meat arrives, and you cook it yourself on this little BBQ installed in the center of the table!

Beautiful spread of food with BBQ in the center of the table.

So we did the 'all you can eat' thing, which was great because it was great food and we ate a ton of it! But despite all the food, we were still in need of some dessert which this restaurant DID have, but we felt like something else...

SO WE TRAVELLED A FEW BLOCKS FOR BUBBLE TEA!!!

The bar in 'Well Tea': a bubble tea place.
So I'd had bubble tea a few times before, which was enough to determine I really don't like the 'bubbles' very much. But that's okay! Because you can get your drink without bubbles! I had a craving for ice cream before we arrived, and after a tough few minutes of choosing, I decided on the Chocolate Chip Slushie!

The Orea cookie came on top!!!
So that was a fun night out and I'll probably do it again sometime! Oh, I also took a picture of this nice little corner in the entrance of the bubble tea place because I thought it was pretty cool:

Step 1

I suppose the first thing to do once one creates a blog is to write about something. So, I'm going to have to think about what to write here...

Should I only write on a certain subject or theme? Maybe I'll just write about whatever is on my mind at the moment... hey! That seems a lot like what I'm doing now! Maybe I'll just do whatever. Who knows.

So like, yesterday Blizzard sprung a surprise pre-cataclysm event in-game. That was pretty cool. I play Horde and just happened to be leveling a new Orc Hunter so I was right in the middle of the action when Sen'jin  Village sprung to life with an army of trolls eager to re-take the Echo Isles FINALLY. Needless to say, it was a nice treat. :)

Also, my headphones broke at work the other day, and they're just little earbuds but I need them because I work in a warehouse and it's dreadfully boring without music. So my wonderful fiance bought me some nice brand new Skull Candy "Chops" which was super thoughtful since she accidentally took the vacuum to my really good PC headphones like 2 months ago, obviously destroying them. -.-

And I think that will end my new blog for now. Hopefully I find something more interesting to talk about than my mundane life! ^.^
